We want you to look your best. If you find for any reason, your myShape garment doesn't meet your expectations, please return it to us. myShape accepts all product returns within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. Items must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition.

Additionally, if a regular-priced item you purchased is reduced in price, myShape will be happy to make a sale adjustment within 10 days of your order date. Or, if you find an item you purchased at another retailer regular-priced for less, call customer service for a price adjustment.
