We are all at MyShape because we believe it will make shopping simpler. Here's why each of us is involved:

Louise J. Wannier Chief Executive Officer

“I have always loved fashion, color and design, and solving problems. We built MyShape to offer great clothes for busy women. Personally, I don't have time to shop. Usually I try to squeeze it in between meetings or when traveling. My broader hips just don't work with many of the styles that are out there, and I love clothing that has a bit of something different that expresses me.”

A serial entrepreneur and technological innovator with a passion for transforming the consumer experience as well as fashion and design, Louise Wannier founded MyShape to mesh online technical innovation with a larger consumer purpose that makes online shopping delightful. Louise has founded and built four companies including prior consumer leadership success as co-founder and COO of Gemstar U.S. and CEO of Gemstar Europe. VCR Plus+ was the most successful consumer electronics product since the Sony Walkman and was taken public with a market capitalization of over $500 million. Louise has an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, a B.S. from Caltech and a professional degree in textile design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.

Richard F. Clayton Chief Financial Officer

“MyShape is exciting because we have the ability to create a separate store or shop for each member that is tailored to the fit, flatter and taste of the individual. I think all of us, both women and men, are eager to find a real system that reaches out in such a personal way.”

Richard Clayton is a retail industry veteran with a career spanning more than three decades. Before joining MyShape, Richard served as President of Broadway Department Stores, Chairman and CEO of Stør Furnishings International (sold to IKEA in 1992) and President and CEO of J.B. Research (doing business as Relaxor). He serves on the boards of several public and private national retail entities.

Mercedes De Luca Global Customer Experience and Chief Information Officer

“I always look for clothing that really resonates with me personally, that reflects my personal style. The web provides so much choice, but those choices can be disconnected and impersonal, which can make the web a very overwhelming place to shop. At MyShape, we use our Personal Shops to connect women to their personal style so that they feel and look good in their clothes.”

A multi-dimensional business leader, Mercedes De Luca has a track record of designing, implementing and leveraging information technology in high-technology companies to achieve a broad spectrum of business results. Most recently, she served as VP & Chief Information Executive of Yahoo! Inc. Responsible for infrastructure, applications, strategy, architecture and the PMO, Mercedes led a team of over 400 professionals to deliver global IT and business solutions for Yahoo!® in more than 22 countries and 80 locations worldwide. Prior to that she was VP & Chief Information Executive Officer at Interwoven Inc. Mercedes has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Patty Fox Chief Creative Officer

“I’ve always felt personal style is the most important thing. It transcends trend. MyShape offers a woman a personal approach to discovering her fashion personality. We help her shop with confidence, and that confidence translates into her life and work.”

Fashion Coordinator for the Academy Awards® and former Fashion Director for Saks Fifth Avenue, Patty Fox brings her expertise helping individual women look their best from the public arena of Hollywood to the personal community of MyShape. Patty is a renowned style strategist and spokesperson, is the best-selling author of the Star Style series and has appeared on Oprah, E! Linda Freedman Chief Marketing Officer

“We are outreaching to millions of women — providing each with a completely personalized and effortless shopping experience. It's wonderful to share in the joy as our new members discover fashions that fit and flatter, and reflect their personality and style.”

As VP of Marketing of ModaCAD/Styleclick, an influential and successful early innovator in apparel e-tailing, Linda helped pioneer the fashion e-tail industry. Highly accomplished in traditional and online marketing strategy, Linda brings 25 years of experience in media, branding, promotions and international distribution to MyShape.
