Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in new, unworn and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Our online return procedure must be completed and return items must be received by MyShape for appropriate credit to be issued.* We regret that we are unable to accept returns of items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
Credit will be processed upon receipt, inspection and verification of the returned merchandise. You may wish to insure the package with the post office for security, as we do not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Your credit may take up to two billing cycles to show on your credit card statement.
MyShape does not make direct exchanges. If you have purchased an item that you would like to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the item you would like to purchase instead. If you have a question about an item you would like to order in place of an item you purchased using a promotion code, please contact Customer Care after your new order is placed. We're happy to help.
*Returns sent without completing our online return process will be charged a $10 handling fee to be deducted from any credit owed for the return.
***Shipping charges are non-refundable.
