MyShape offers the following methods for shipping your orders to you:

Our shipping carriers are the U.S. Postal Service and UPS.

We are unable to ship rush orders to P.O. Boxes, U.S. protectorates and APO/FPO addresses. Currently, we don‘t ship internationally, but we‘re working on it!

Hawaii and Alaska customers: Please allow an additional day in transit.

Military (APO/FPO) customers: We partner with the U.S. Postal Service to get orders to our military customers overseas. However, delivery time will vary in each circumstance and cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship rush orders at this time. Also, please note that MyShape‘s e-commerce partner, eBags, currently does not have merchandise shipped to APO/FPO addresses. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING SHIPPING

1. How will I know when my order ships?

We strive to keep you informed about the status of your order from the time you submit it until it is received.

An order confirmation is sent to you when an order is submitted.

A shipment notification with a tracking or delivery confirmation number is sent once your order has shipped.

Cancellation/exception notifications are sent if we have a problem completing your order. (We do our best to make sure you don’t receive one of these.)

A return notification is sent once we receive and process a returned item at our fulfillment center. You can always feel free to contact our Customer Care team at customercare@myshape.com or 888-626-0309 with any questions about the status of your order or to update your account information.

2. Can I track my order after shipping?

Yes. You will need your tracking number. Track your order here.

3. How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order placed for an item coming from our fulfillment center, please contact Customer Care at 888-626-0309 as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. If you’ve placed an order with one of our e-commerce partners—Emitations, Farinaz, Ebby by Farinaz, Newport News, Shape FX or Spiegel—please note that their order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way immediately.Therefore, you will not be able to cancel an e-commerce order once it’s been placed. Instead, simply return it once it’s been received.
